Kusina Nang Bebeth’s Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe feat. Lorins Official’s LORINS Patis and LORINS Coco Suka.

Ingredients:
1.2 kg whole chicken (butterflied)
2 tbsp Spanish Paprika
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup water
Cooking oil for deep frying
Instructions:
1. *Marinate*: Brush chicken with LORINS Patis and sprinkle Paprika. Massage and set aside.
2. *Make Batter*: Mix flour, cornstarch, pepper and water.
3. *Coat & Fry*: Dip chicken in batter, remove excess. Deep-fry at medium heat (10 min/side).
4. *Serve*: Enjoy with LORINS Coco Suka or your favorite dipping sauce!
