
Prepare 4 large pieces of foil, each brushed with sesame oil. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each and drizzle with 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
Evenly distribute the spinach, ginger, and green onion over each salmon fillet.
Loosely wrap the salmon in the foil, ensuring they can be turned over while cooking.

Preheat the grill to 160°C. Cook the salmon for 5-7 minutes on each side.
