Zesty Tuna Spaghetti

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 teaspoon minced red chili
  • 1⁄4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1⁄2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons LORINS PATIS PURO
  • 1 can tuna chunks in oil
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped parsley
  • 200 grams spaghetti, cooked
  • 1⁄4 cup pasta water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
  1. Sauté garlic, red chili, and capers in olive oil for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and Lorins Patis Puro until just heated through.
  3. Add tuna, lemon zest, parsley, spaghetti, pasta water, and lemon juice. Toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish, and top with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
