Sweet and Spicy Tapa

  • 250g beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 3 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 1/4 cup water

Marinade

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. LORINS Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. LORINS Patis
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce (optional)
  • 2 pcs. chili
  • 1 tsp. ground pepper
  • parsley for garnish (optional)

Spiced Vinegar Dip

  • 1/2 cup LORINS Vinegar
  • 2 pcs. chili, chopped
  1. Marinate beef with LORINS Patis and LORINS Soy Sauce for 1-2 hours then put inside the fridge.
  2. Deep fry tapa in low heat.
  3. Serve when tapa is tender.

For the Dip

  1. In a saucer, combine LORINS Vinegar and chili then serve.
