Quick Egg & Ketchup Rice

Ketchup Rice

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1⁄4 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1⁄4 cup diced Vienna sausage
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Fried Egg

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 teaspoon LORINS PATIS PURO
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté onion, mixed vegetables, and Vienna sausage for 2 minutes. Stir in rice, ketchup, and soy sauce until heated through. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Beat together eggs and Lorins Patis Puro. Pour into pan, mix, and let it set slightly.
  3. Top ketchup rice with fried egg, spoon extra ketchup on top, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
