Nilasing na Hipon sa Taba ng Talangka

  • 250g of shrimps
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 whole onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp LORINS Patis, for seasoning
  • 3 tbsps LORINS Crab Paste
  • Pepper & oil
  1. Boil shrimp and remove the whiskers. Set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion in butter and add beer.
  3. Add the LORINS Crab Paste then season with LORINS Patis and ground pepper.
  4. Simmer in low fire until the sauce thickens then add shrimp.
  5. Mix well until the shrimp is fully coated with the sauce then serve.
