Malunggay Omelet

  • 1/8 cup malunggay leaves
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seed
  • 1/4 cup mushroom
  • 1 Patis
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  1. SauteĢ onion, mushroom and malunggay leaves.
  2. Season with LORINS PATIS.
  3. Pour in beaten eggs and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Flip as soon as the sides start to cook. Serve.
