Inihaw na Liempo

  • 250g. pork belly, cut into half-inch thick slices
  • 2-5 pcs. calamansi juice
  • 2 tbsp. LORINS Patis
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground pepper
  • 2 chili (optional)
  • 5-6 pcs. garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tbsp. cooking oil

Spiced Vinegar Dip

  • 1 cup LORINS Vinegar
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 pcs. chili, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
  1. Combine pork belly, LORINS Patis, calamansi juice, garlic, brown sugar, pepper and oil. Marinate pork belly for an hour.
  2. Preheat oven and set into broil. Put in the marinated pork belly. Cook for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Serve with spiced vinegar.

For the Dip

  1. In a bowl, combine LORINS Vinegar, garlic, onion, chili, ground pepper and salt.
