  • 2 medium size eggplant, grilled and diced
  • 1 large – ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large- onions, diced

Sauce

  • 2 pieces calamansi
  • 1 sachet (30g) LORINS Bagoong
  1. Mix the eggplant with the tomatoes and onions.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing the ingredients. Then, drizzle the sauce over the mixed eggplant, tomatoes, and onions.
