Caesar Salad

Serving: 2-3 portions

  • 1 pack Romaine Lettuce (washed and dried in a salad spinner)
  • 60g Croutons
  • 1 pc Egg (Boiled & Sliced)
  • 80g Bacon
  • 60g Parmesan Cheese

Homemade Caesar Dressing

  • 1 tsp LORINS Anchovy Paste
  • 1 pc Egg Yolk
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 100ml Olive Oil
  • 1 pc Garlic Clove
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  1. For your Homemade Caesar Dressing, blend the garlic, LORINS Anchovy Paste, egg yolk, and lemon juice together. Slowly pour your olive oil to the mixture drop by drop. Once your dressing is smooth and well blended, add your dijon mustard. Season to taste with black pepper and salt.
  2. Prepare your Romaine Lettuce by chopping them into bite-size portions. Toss your greens with your homemade caesar dressing.
  3. Finish your salad with parmesan cheese, bacon and sliced eggs on top.
