Bicol Express

  • 1/4 kg pork belly, cut into big strips
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3 pcs. siling haba and labuyo, chopped diagonally
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • 2 tbsps. vegetable oil
  • 1 medium size onion, minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 LORINS Alamang Guisado
  • LORINS Patis (for Seasoning)
  1. Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil.
  2. Add the large pork strips and cook until light brown.
  3. Add LORINS Alamang. Stir fry for another 2 mins.
  4. Add the coconut milk and simmer for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  5. Add LORINS Patis and pepper for seasoning. Mix it well then simmer for another 5 mins. Serve.
