Bagoong Mussel Soup
- 1/4 kg tahong, washed and cleaned
- 1 bundle kangkong, leaves separated and stems sliced into 3 inch lengths
- 1 1/2 cups rice washing
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 pc ginger, smashed
- 2 tbsp LORINS Bagoong
- Place the tahong, kangkong stalks, ginger, LORINS Bagoong mixed with rice washing and onions.
- Boil for 12 minutes. Add the kangkong leaves. Allow to simmer for 8 more minutes.
